Little Mermaid 2-tier Fondant Cake

This is definitely one of may favorite!  This little birthday princess had her heart set on Ariel!  This 2-tiered cake is yellow cake with raspberry filling.  Fondant crabs added the pefect touch to this under-the-sea themed cake.

Owl, Peace & Love Cake

I love this owl cake!  My daughter's room is decorated with these cuties. 

Bottom:  Chocolate with dark chocolate ganache filling
Top:  Yellow cake with custard filling

Winter Wonderland Penguin Cake

Double layer yellow cake with raspberry filling.  This cake was my first cake for a first birthday.  There is something truly special about making a child's first birthday cake!

Super Hero Birthday Cake
